CANDIDATE EMPLOYEE CONSENT FORM– RESUME (CV) STORAGE

This policy refers to TH. CHATZOPOULOS – G. VLACHOPOULOS P.C. (hereinafter “the company”).

The protection of your personal data is very important to our company; therefore, we request your consent to keep in our records the data which we collect from you during the recruitment process of new staff.

The data we collect from you is your résumé (CV).

By storing such data, we aim at keeping a candidate employees’ record, in order to facilitate the search for new company staff.

Your data will be stored for 6 months from the date of receipt thereof. In case you are recruited, this information will be stored for the entire period of our collaboration. In any other case, these data will be permanently deleted upon expiry of the aforementioned period.
